Dr. Limary Lorenzo is a metal health educator, author, coach and consultant. With a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology and over 20 years of experience, she brings a culturally sensitive, heart-centered, and trauma-informed lens to the spaces she holds. Dr. Lorenzo is a trauma-trained professional, with a holistic vision. Is now Registered Clinical Counselor Intern. She is devoted to walking alongside individuals on their healing journeys.

Her work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we care for the whole person mind, body and circumstances that surrounds. She integrates somatic practices, mindfulness, and evidence-based therapies, honoring each client’s unique identity, culture, story, and strengths.

Dr. Lorenzo specializes in perinatal and postpartum mental health, women's emotional well-being, trauma recovery, life transitions, and supporting professionals and caregivers in cultivating resilience and balance. She also accompanies men who are exploring healthy masculinity and breaking generational patterns.

Originally from Puerto Rico she is a proud Latina and mother of three daughters. Her practice is grounded in compassion, presence, and deep respect for what she considered: the sacred work of healing.

Her heart is in this work. Every client who enters this space is met with dignity, care, and the unwavering belief that healing is possible.
