Intergenerational

Healing Therapy

Trauma-Informed • Somatic • Culturally Sensitive Mental Health Care

I provide therapy for individuals who identify as generational breakers those who are intentionally working to heal intergenerational patterns, transform relational dynamics, and live in alignment with values that differ from what was inherited.

This work recognizes that breaking cycles is emotionally complex and often heavy, involving grief, loyalty conflicts, exhaustion, guilt, and the challenge of choosing differently without clear models or support.

My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, somatically grounded, and culturally responsive, honoring that family patterns emerge within historical, cultural, and survival contexts. Healing is supported not only through insight, but also through the body and nervous system—where intergenerational stress and trauma are often held.

Therapy may support:

Identifying and transforming intergenerational trauma patterns

Navigating invisible family loyalties and internal conflicts

Relational wounds, boundaries, and attachment patterns

Conscious parenting and relational repair

Burnout, grief, or emotional overwhelm related to cycle-breaking

This is a clinical therapeutic service, where assessment, diagnosis, and treatment may be provided when appropriate. Therapy services may be eligible for insurance coverage, depending on the situation.

This space is for those seeking clinical depth, emotional containment, and professional support while engaging in the meaningful work of intergenerational healing.

Integrative Coaching & Support for Generational Breakers

Non-Clinical • Trauma-Informed • Somatic & Reflective Support

I offer integrative coaching and non-clinical support for generational breakers—individuals seeking a supportive space to explore intergenerational patterns, emotional impact, and conscious change outside of a clinical or therapeutic framework.

These services do not include mental health diagnosis, psychological treatment, or insurance billing, and are offered outside medical systems, allowing for greater flexibility, autonomy, and personalized pacing.

This support may include:

  • Exploring intergenerational patterns and family narratives

  • Navigating boundaries, values, and relational choices

  • Emotional awareness and nervous system support

  • Conscious parenting and intentional relationship-building

  • Holding grief, guilt, or ambivalence with compassion

This work offers grounded, attuned accompaniment as you engage in intentional change. The focus is on reflection, integration, and living in alignment with the legacy you wish to create.

This service is appropriate for those seeking supportive, non-clinical guidance while doing intergenerational healing work.

Brainspotting

Currently accepting select insurance plans. Please contact to verify if yours is accepted.

Sometimes, the words are not enough. Brainspotting is a powerful, gentle therapeutic approach that allows us to go beyond talk to access the deep places within where trauma, pain, or emotional overwhelm may live quietly in the body.

Through focused eye position and mindful presence, Brainspotting opens a door between brain and body, helping us reach the parts of ourselves that have been holding on, waiting for safety to let go. It is a method rooted in neuroscience and held in compassion—a way of unlocking what traditional approaches may leave untouched.

In my practice, Brainspotting is integrated with trauma informed care, somatic awareness and deep respect for your pace and for your story. Whether you're healing from grief, overwhelm, generational wounds, or trauma that feels “stuck,” this process offers a safe and sacred path toward release and reconnection.

It’s not just a method it’s a meeting place between science, intuition, and the body’s own wisdom to heal.

Grief Therapy

Pregnancy & Perinatal Loss • Significant Loss • Trauma-Informed Care

I provide grief therapy for individuals navigating profound loss, offering a clinical, safe, and compassionate space where grief can be expressed, validated, and supported with professional care.

My work is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and somatically aware, grounded in the understanding that grief is not linear and is shaped by personal history, the nervous system, culture, and lived experience.

Pregnancy & Perinatal Loss

Pregnancy and perinatal loss represent a distinct and deeply complex form of grief, often accompanied by attachment, hope, physical and hormonal changes, and medical trauma. With specialized training in perinatal mental health, trauma care, and somatic approaches, I offer a clinical space where these losses are named, honored, and supported without rushing healing or minimizing pain.

I support individuals who have experienced:

  • Pregnancy or perinatal loss

  • Medically indicated pregnancy termination

  • Traumatic or complicated birth experiences

Other Significant Losses

Grief therapy may also support:

  • The loss of loved ones

  • Relationship endings or identity shifts

  • Loss of dreams, plans, or life projects

  • Major life transitions involving meaning-making and reorientation

This is a clinical therapeutic service, where assessment, diagnosis, and treatment may be provided when appropriate. Therapy services may be eligible for insurance coverage, depending on the situation.

Trauma Therapy

Trauma-Informed • Somatic • Culturally Sensitive Mental Health Care

I provide trauma therapy for individuals who have experienced traumatic or overwhelming life events, offering a clinical, safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where your story is honored and your experience matters.

My approach is trauma-informed and culturally responsive, grounded in an understanding of how trauma impacts the nervous system, the body, identity, and lived experience. Beyond attentive listening, I integrate somatic and body-based practices that support gentle, sustainable, and safe trauma processing.

I am trained in modalities such as Brainspotting, Flash Therapy, Healing Sound, and other integrative approaches that support nervous system regulation, healing beyond words, and deeper emotional integration—always paced to honor your sense of safety, consent, and control.

Trauma therapy may support:

  • Processing single-incident or complex trauma

  • Trauma stored in the body and nervous system

  • Emotional dysregulation, hypervigilance, or shutdown

  • Identity shifts, shame, or disconnection related to trauma

  • Restoring a sense of safety, stability, and agency

This is a clinical therapeutic service, where assessment, diagnosis, and treatment may be provided when appropriate. Therapy services may be eligible for insurance coverage, depending on the situation.

The goal of therapy is not to relive trauma, but to restore connection, resilience, and inner stability, so life can be shaped by choice, dignity, and well-being—not survival alone.

Integrative Mental Health Coach

My coaching services are not clinical or diagnostic, instead, they’re growth-oriented, holistic, and client-driven. I work with you to explore goals, transitions, identity shifts, or wellness challenges; offering tools and insight to support your path forward.

As an Integrative Mental Health Coach, I consider all dimensions of who you are: mind, body, relationships, culture, environment, values, and beliefs. Together, we co-create a personalized work plan, not a clinical treatment plan, that supports clarity, resilience, and empowered decision-making.

This coaching approach is ideal for:

  • Navigating a life or career transition

  • Reconnecting with your identity, values, or purpose

  • Seeking clarity in a time of confusion or emotional overwhelm

  • Creating new routines or wellness habits that feel sustainable

  • Exploring cultural, spiritual, or personal growth

  • Moving through grief or change outside of a clinical context

  • Recovering from burnout or caregiving fatigue

  • Holding space for others and needing space for yourself

Pregnancy & Postpartum Therapy

Trauma-Informed • Culturally Sensitive • Clinical Mental Health Care

I provide mental health therapy for individuals and families during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period, offering a clinical, safe, and non-judgmental space where emotions can be explored, validated, and supported with professional care.

My approach is trauma-informed and culturally responsive, recognizing how personal history, birth experiences, the body, culture, and healthcare systems shape emotional well-being during this deeply vulnerable and transformative life stage.

I am trained through Postpartum Support International (PSI) and have experience facilitating postpartum support groups in Puerto Rico. As a birth trauma survivor, I bring both professional training and lived experience into my work. In 2019, I served as a Puerto Rico representative for International Cesarean Awareness Network (ICAN), supporting individuals navigating cesarean birth, recovery, and birth trauma.

Therapy may support you if you are:

  • Pregnant and experiencing fear or anxiety about birth

  • Processing a traumatic birth or cesarean experience

  • Navigating postpartum mood or anxiety symptoms

  • Experiencing grief, sadness, emotional overwhelm, or identity shifts

  • Seeking a clinical space where your story is honored and taken seriously

This is a clinical therapeutic service, where assessment, diagnosis, and treatment may be provided when appropriate. Therapy services may be eligible for insurance coverage, depending on the situation.

My role is to walk alongside you with professional care and compassion as you process pregnancy, birth, and postpartum healing. You do not have to do this alone.

Non-Clinical • Trauma-Informed Emotionally Supportive Care

I offer integrative emotional support and coaching during pregnancy and the postpartum period for individuals seeking a non-clinical, supportive space to process emotions, manage stress, and navigate this profound life transition.

These services do not include mental health diagnosis, psychological treatment, or insurance billing, and are offered outside of medical systems—allowing for greater flexibility, autonomy, and personalized pacing.

This support may include:

  • Emotional support throughout pregnancy and postpartum

  • Stress management and emotional regulation

  • Space to reflect on and integrate birth experiences

  • Support through identity shifts and life-stage transitions

  • Compassionate presence without labeling or pathologizing

This work offers grounded, attuned support as you move through change, honoring your story, your body, and your emotional experience.

Therapy for Men & Masculine-Identified Individuals

Trauma-Informed • Relational • Somatic Mental Health Care

I offer therapy for men and masculine-identified individuals who want to develop a healthier, more grounded relationship with their emotions, relationships, and sense of self.

This work recognizes that many men were not taught how to safely feel, express vulnerability, or navigate emotional closeness—often learning instead to suppress, perform, or carry responsibility alone. These patterns are not personal failures, but adaptive responses shaped by culture, family systems, and survival.

My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and somatically grounded, acknowledging how stress, trauma, and relational wounds live not only in the mind, but also in the body and nervous system.

Therapy may support:

  • Emotional awareness, regulation, and expression

  • Anxiety, stress, anger, or emotional shutdown

  • Relationship and communication challenges

  • Fatherhood, partnership, and identity transitions

  • Healing relational and developmental trauma

  • Reconnecting with values, integrity, and inner stability

This is a clinical therapeutic service, where assessment, diagnosis, and treatment may be provided when appropriate. Therapy services may be eligible for insurance coverage, depending on the situation.

The goal is not to change who you are, but to expand your capacity for connection, emotional presence, and intentional living—without losing strength, dignity, or agency.

Integrative Coaching for Healthy Masculinity

Non-Clinical • Trauma-Informed • Reflective & Somatic Support

I offer integrative coaching and professional support for men and masculine-identified individuals who want to explore emotional growth, relational awareness, and personal alignment outside of a clinical or therapeutic framework.

These services do not include mental health diagnosis, psychological treatment, or insurance billing, and are offered outside medical systems—allowing for greater flexibility, autonomy, and collaborative exploration.

Coaching may support:

  • Emotional awareness and stress management

  • Navigating relationships with more presence and clarity

  • Identity, purpose, and life-stage transitions

  • Conscious fatherhood and partnership

  • Developing communication, boundaries, and self-leadership

  • Aligning values with daily choices and behavior

This work is about cultivating self-awareness, emotional responsibility, and intentional ways of relating—to yourself and to others.

It is a space for reflection, growth, and integration, grounded in respect, accountability, and personal agency.
